Mihai Ene has graduated the Faculty of Law at the “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest and the master program within the same learning institution with the specialization of Business Law.

Mihai Ene specializes in providing business consultancy and as such an important part of his professional activity takes place in the business law domain. Moreover, his expertise regarding EU community law allows him to provide the clients with methods of legal action which were not available in the past, these being introduced following the entering into force of the principle of direct applicability of European Union law on Romanian territory.

Also, among the activities exercised in the commercial field, Mihai Ene has been involved in numerous litigations which have had as an objet the insolvency procedure. In this regard he has successfully fulfilled the assistance and representation activities of the clients.
